Tenant Liaison

Tenant liaison services facilitate the integration and engagement of building occupiers, which is particularly beneficial in multi occupancy buildings, to help ensure tenant satisfaction and the safe efficient running of the estate. The service includes:

  • Dedicated email and telephone
  • Regular tenant meetings
  • Regular site visits
  • Monitoring of soft FM services
  • Coordination of tenant new work requests
  • Monitor statutory compliance
  • Support building surveys

Building Manager

Site based Building Managers take on the role of building ambassador whilst also undertaking hard FM maintenance duties, the service includes:

  • Building ambassador role
  • Promote positive working relationships between tenants
  • Provide planned and reactive maintenance services
  • Undertake minor installations
  • Field and resolve tenant queries where possible
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House and Security Team
  • Provide top-up house-keeping duties in and around the building
  • Manage & coordinate CCTV monitoring

Front of House

Site based Front of House teams provide the meet and greet service for building visitors and patients and provide added value by assisting patients wherever possible.  The service includes:

  • Meet, greet and signpost patients and visitors
  • Provide assistance to patients e.g. arranging transport, obtaining information
  • Accompanying patients around the building
  • Operating the telephone switchboard
  • Work collaboratively with the Building Manager and Security Team
  • Sort and distribute the building’s mail
